Tentative Tour Information and Itinerary

(Subject to change due to local conditions)

 

Monday - Day 1   Leave JFK Airport for Tel Aviv - Depart JFK on a late night flight.  After we board our flight, dinner and breakfast are served aloft and we have time to rest.
Tuesday - Day 2    Tel Aviv - Today we arrive in Israel late in the afternoon landing in Ben Gurion Airport .  After brief airport formalities we board our motor coaches and go directly to the Galilee .  After we have checked into our hotel, we then enjoy dinner together.  We overnight in our hotel.
Wednesday - Day 3

Galilee/ The Golan Heights/ Mt. Hermon/ Banias and Waterfalls Park - This morning we begin our tour along the upper Galilee .  We will stop at specific points for prayer and reflection.  Overnight at our hotel.

 
Thursday - Day 4   Tiberias/ Boat Ride on the Sea of Galilee/ Baptism in the Jordan River - We will tour the area known as the lower Galilee today.  After breakfast, we will head to the Sea of Galilee for a cruise across the Sea of Galilee to Capernaum .  We will see the Mt. of Beatitudes , where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount.  We will eat a traditional St. Peter’s Fish luncheon at a famous resort along the Galilean seashore.  Immediately following the meal we will proceed to the Jordan River where will have our Baptism service.  Dinner and Overnight at our hotel.
Friday - Day 5 Megiddo/ The Dead Sea/ En Gedi/ Jerusalem  - This morning we will journey en route to Jerusalem .  We will stop at Megiddo and the Valley of Armageddon .  We will also stop at the Dead Sea for those who would like to experience the floating in the Dead Sea . Our first sight of the Holy City will be from the Mt. of Olives area. Dinner and overnight at our hotel in Jerusalem .
Saturday - Day 6 Mount of Olives/ Jerusalem/ "Eche Homo" - We will begin our day of touring at the Mt. of O lives and descend on foot to the Garden of Gethsemene .  Then on to Mt. Zion and the Upper Room and have a time of devotion and worship.   Dinner and overnight at our hotel in Jerusalem .
Sunday - Day 7   

Mount of Olives/ The Garden Tomb/ Western Wall/ Old City/ The Upper Room/ David's Tomb/ Samuel's Tomb  - Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem .

 
Monday - Day 8  Judea and Samaria  - We will be visiting the Jewish settlement of Itamar and possibly other settlements as well and viewing the Biblical area of Samaria. 
Tuesday - Day 9    Free Day   - Enjoy a relaxing day to revisit a special place, pick up some last-minute bargains or just relax by the pool.  This evening we will have a special farewell dinner and time to prepare for our midnight flight to New York .

Wednesday  - Day 10    

 Leave Tel Aviv Airport back to New York - today we arrive in New York ’s JFK International Airport .

Estimated Cost of Trip - $2,500.00

 

Prices include:

  • Airfare from New York's JFK Airport (any change in airfares will affect the ultimate cost)

  • Breakfast and Dinners each day in Israel

  • Hotel accommodations in Israel (Single Room Supplement - $280.00 must be requested upon registration)

  • Air Conditioned Chartered bus while in Israel.

 

 

We have set up the following payment schedule

·        $1000.00 down payment due with Registration

·       Balance due by September 1st, 2008

No refunds will be given after September 1st

Prior to September 1st there will be a $250.00 administrative cancellation charge.
